Last Play (03):

After hunting and gathering some wolves and garlic cloves with some difficulties, UZMA returns to Farmer Brown. They plant the garlic clove in the farm, where UZMA spots a fellow goblin slaughtering innocent rabbits. Not knowing what to do, she runs away and proceeds to make ropes with the intestines of the wolves she hunted in Sterling Woods. UZMA realizes that she is not so different from the rabbit-slaying goblin…

For those of you who are new, this is a summary of my playthroughs of  Genesis MUD. It’s an old school fantasy rpg game, and it’s free to play online! I’ve created a small goblin character; UZMA, and will be uploading some collages of my playthrough from time to time. Here’s what UZMA accomplished this play:

From Trash to Coolness: Saving a Failure of a Painting

I got fed up with this painting, so I cut it up into 4 pieces.

     One of the reasons I gave up on this piece is because it was one of my first attempts at painting with gouache. I tried making up my lack of experience with this paint by using watercolor as well, but I overestimated my ability to improvise… I yelled “Screw it!” and threw the piece of crap at the wall (of my mind). After cooling myself down, I looked at the painting again. I didn’t want to waste the perfectly good board (especially since I got it for Christmas!), and liked the colors I splattered on it… I decided to do a little experiment with it.
